I Hate My Job!

What's that you say? You hate your job? Well you are not exactly alone. Most people loathe having to drag themselves to that all too familiar grindstone called 'work' in order to 'earn a living'.

But is it a 'living' or are you just merely existing, only to repeat the same robotic routine, day in day out, week in week out, year in y.....WAIT..... STOP!! I am making myself feel depressed, and that's not what I originally had in mind when writing this.

So, we have established that YOU are not on your own in your hatred for this wage slave existence, but do you wish to carry on hating it, or are you one of those that is going to STOP COMPLAINING and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT?

Do WHAT about it, you ask? Well, there are limitless possibilities in life and there is really no limit to what you can achieve if you only have belief in yourself and your abilities.

Ask yourself what it is exactly that you hate about what you do for a 'living'.Is it the money, (not enough of it) the environment, (too busy/noisy, ) the role itself, (too demanding, boring, stressful etc) or is it the people (co-workers or even the BOSS themselves) that you cannot stand?

Lots of people find it is a combination of all of the above. If you find yourself in this position, it simply means that life is telling you something. It is telling you that this is not for you!! Or if it was at one stage, then that time is now over and bigger and better things are now calling you.

So why do people remain stuck in a rut never really taking the steps to progress into doing something worthwhile that they would like to do? Lots of reasons. Lack of ideas for one thing . (They know what they DON'T want to do, but really are at a loss for knowing exactly what it is that they DO want to do!!)

Lack of drive or vision. They are not seriously committed to putting in the effort, time, or much else to make those all important steps to success. In other words they want the success and all that comes with it, but aren't prepared to put in the WORK.

Thats right. WORK. In order to become a success in anything you need to work at it. Although there are ways to work SMART that will get better results, rather than working HARD. Maybe you want to make money from your own business ideas and just need some inspiration or guidance.

Another reason is lack of knowledge. Even some of the most successful people out there were once confused and needed help. People that look to make a killing online with their business ideas often find themselves without the right knowledge or resources to get their plan into action.

There is always help you can find and an unlimited amount of information out there that can point you in the right direction. The point I am trying to get across is that there is no REAL excuse that you can think of that would justify you staying in a job that you hate.

There is a saying that goes:If you always do what you've always done, you will always get what you have always got. Simple formula right?

Remember it next time you feel the urge to complain about your job. Don't ask your colleague what you should do, how do they know? Only you have the answer, and only you can do something about it.

To summarize, if you wish to become your own boss and be a success you are going to need to take the responsibility and make the relevant sacrifices to achieve your goal and fulfill your true potential.
