View your content as an asset, and distributing it strategically.
If you are writing articles or blog posts for example, re-purpose everything. Spreading your content around the web in creative ways is the foundation of building incoming links, authority and "casting a wide net". Most people post their stuff once, and wonder why no one ever reads it.
Sell your Passion:
This is the big one, and yet, so many people don't do it. Find what you love, and simply integrate that into your business. If you aren't doing that right now, step back, re-calibrate your plans going forward, and simply integrate the skills that you are really, really good at and love to do, and you'll see your profits go up exponentially.
Create Consumable Content:
This dovetails with #1, and it simply means, turn your content creation process into something that is consumable by your readers and clients. Blog posts can become a PDF. A pdf can become an inexpensive ebook. A series of short ebooks can become an entire course, or "bible" in your niche, a multi-media product or even a membership site. Re-purposing disparate pieces of "stuff" into cohesive and consumable content is a sneaky way of turning your intellectual property into recurring revenue streams, and is super easy to do, too.
